Sensitive and Restricted Content

Snout uses the test established in Miller v. California (1973) to determine if it should be allowed on Snout.nu. Content which "fails" the test may not be published on Snout.nu. In simple terms:
- Would a normal person in your local community find this work, as a whole, focuses too much on shocking sexual stuff?
- Does it show sexual acts or bodily functions in a way that is clearly offensive?
- Does the work as a whole lack serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value?
Essentially, that could go in a Californian library is generally allowed.
Should content fail the Miller test, it is considered restricted and may not be published on snout.nu.
Sensitive Content is content that may be potentially upsetting topics (such as death, suicide, or addiction). You should label this as "Sensitive" in the editor.
Definitions of "should", "may", etc. are defined in RFC 2119.
